How To Backup WordPress Database

Today I lost my whole blog (this one).

Thank goodness, I had a backup of my database. Your database is where all your WordPress Blog’s content is stored on your hosting account’s server. Most of you will never have to know about this or go into it.

Luckily, I had a backup and was able to bring the blog back but I did lose to posts. The coaching post and the “Don’t upgrade to WordPress 2.8″ post.
