As a subscriber you’ll receive the following 52 page report walking you through how to start a blog: your first Wordpress blog.

This report covers everything from getting your first domain name, using FTP to upload files to your server, installing Wordpress and plugins and fine tuning your blog.

What you will not learn here is how to get rich over night blogging. Sure, you can make money using blogs to deliver value to a market place but expecting to get rich is fools gold being peddled by snake oil sales men, which I’m not.

“Craig, you rock!! I have just read through the guide and still can’t believe you gave it to us at no cost. It has already helped me and I haven’t even logged into my host account yet.
Thank you so much for your kindness.

“Craig…

Thank you for the well written report. I have several others with a similar theme, but yours is much more comprehensive, yet easy to understand.

Cool!! Got some fuzzy and warm comments! This is a good sign. If you never get comments on your blog good or bad, something is not right folks!

all comments are welcomed!

Oh, I see Kevin R. came by with a question… Sorry bud, I charge money to address questions like that :P

Craig,

I was wondering if you recommend adsense on blogs?

Thanks.

Carey

#27. Craig Says:

I am not into adsense anymore.

I do have it on some blogs, but it’s not my main focus and, am moving away from even putting them on my future sites. Will not be putting them on this site.

Doing adsense for me means using some of my mental energy to focus on it and it’s really not all that profitable. I’m better off creating my own products and buying adwords :-)

But, test it out for yourself. It’s easy to do.

Hi Craig,
Thank you so much for your help. I’m wanting to set up a blog that’s about the old time do re mi convention style gospel singing. I have lots of ideas as to what to put on the blog but I have no idea on how to make it happen. I’ve also searched for a template to use and I’ve had no luck in finding one that will work. As you can tell I need all the help I can get! I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks so much!
Jeanette

Hi Jeanette,

I suggest you map it out on paper to get some clarity. How to make it happen for some is to just get going. You can always change things easily in Wordpress as you go. Hurry, the water is warm out here.

Craig I was very impressed by your clarity and simple approach to teaching WordPress. Time is my enemy and needing to look at heaps of items to learn is just really difficult. Have had to start even doing the website now – a pain in the proverbial. It can be very difficult when you are having to learn this stuff to survive and very stressful too, so your guide was just the thing for my problems. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you for making it available free (it came via one of your affiliates) – your generous nature will be rewarded.
I’d like to see you produce a similar learning approach on phpMyAdmin then I might understand how one is supposed to drive that too. All the best for now.

#1103. Craig Says:

How do you mean? What is it you would like to do?

#1104. Craig Says:

Thank you for your kind words. I hope others follow suit with creating value up front first for others instead of just coming to the internet looking for money. That was never my style.

All the best,

Craig
