In the new WordPress blog update they’ve cleaned up the editors page and in doing so many of us can’t find the box to turn off or turn on the ability for people to comment on posts and pages.

This is an important function because on your pages such as legal documents or your contact forms, you do not want to let people comment on those pages. There is just no reason to do so.
