Thanks for all the great info.  Although I use several different programs to work on my digital photos [photography has been a lifelong hobby], Gimp and SnagIt are new to me - with very interesting features indeed.

BTW, regarding the &quot;add media&quot; interface:  Mine used to pop up near the bottom of my 15&quot; screen and could not be moved so I basically did not have access to the lower portion of the interface.  All that seems to have disappeared with the install of === Image Upload HTTP Error Fix ===.  Yet the two do not seem related at all. Just glad to be able to use the form now instead of cranking out the HTML to insert in a post.</description>
